What causes high APTT and low D Dimer?

High APTT and low D Dimer can be caused by many reasons.

If your APTT is in between 22 seconds and 35 seconds and your D Dimer is in between 0 ug/mL and 0.51 ug/mL then you need not worry as these are the normal ranges for APTT and D Dimer respectively.
