High APTT and low Phosphate can be caused by many reasons.

If your APTT is in between 22 seconds and 35 seconds and your Phosphate is in between 2.4 mg/dL and 4.5 mg/dL then you need not worry as these are the normal ranges for APTT and Phosphate respectively.
