What causes high APTT and low RBC?

High APTT and low RBC can be caused by many reasons.

If your APTT is in between 22 seconds and 35 seconds and your RBC is in between 4.5 mil/uL and 5.5 mil/uL then you need not worry as these are the normal ranges for APTT and RBC respectively.
