If your APTT is in between 22 seconds and 35 seconds and your Sodium is in between 136 mmol/L and 145 mmol/L then you need not worry as these are the normal ranges for APTT and Sodium respectively. But if your levels are lesser or greater than the above values, then there may be some problem in your body.
