High MCV and ALT SGPT can be caused by numerous problems.

High levels of MCV and ALT SGPT in the blood indicate a variety of health problems. If your blood MCV level is between 83 fL to 101 fL and the ALT SGPT level is between 21 fL to 72 U/L, then your body does not have any underlying health problems.
