What does high MCV and RBC mean in blood test?

High MCV and RBC can be caused by numerous problems.

High levels of MCV and RBC in the blood indicate a variety of health problems. If your blood MCV level is between 83 fL to 101 fL and the RBC level is between 4.5 fL to 5.5 mil/uL, then your body does not have any underlying health problems. But if MCV and RBC levels exceed these levels, you should see a doctor immediately.
