What does high MCV and TIBC mean in blood test?

High MCV and TIBC can be caused by numerous problems.

High levels of MCV and TIBC in the blood indicate a variety of health problems. If your blood MCV level is between 83 fL to 101 fL and the TIBC level is between 250 fL to 450 mcg/dL, then your body does not have any underlying health problems. But if MCV and TIBC levels exceed these levels, you should see a doctor immediately.
