What does high PCV and INR mean in blood test?

High PCV and INR can be caused by numerous problems.

High levels of PCV and INR in the blood indicate a variety of health problems. If your blood PCV level is between 39 % to 51 % and the INR level is between 0.9 % to 1.2 ratio, then your body does not have any underlying health problems.
