What does high PCV and RBC mean in blood test?

High PCV and RBC can be caused by numerous problems.

High levels of PCV and RBC in the blood indicate a variety of health problems. If your blood PCV level is between 39 % to 51 % and the RBC level is between 4.5 % to 5.5 mil/uL, then your body does not have any underlying health problems. How is a blood test performed in the lab?
