High PCV and RDW can be caused by numerous problems.

High levels of PCV and RDW in the blood indicate a variety of health problems. If your blood PCV level is between 39 % to 51 % and the RDW level is between 11.6 % to 14 %, then your body does not have any underlying health problems. How is a blood test performed in the lab?
