High PCV and low Chloride can be caused by many reasons.

If your PCV is in between 39 % and 51 % and your Chloride is in between 98 mmol/L and 107 mmol/L then you need not worry as these are the normal ranges for PCV and Chloride respectively. But if your levels are lesser or greater than the above values, then there may be some problem in your body.
