What does high RBC and Ferritin mean in blood test?

High RBC and Ferritin can be caused by numerous problems.

High levels of RBC and Ferritin in the blood indicate a variety of health problems. If your blood RBC level is between 4.5 mil/uL to 5.5 mil/uL and the Ferritin level is between 22 mil/uL to 322 ng/mL, then your body does not have any underlying health problems.
