What does high RBC and MCV mean in blood test?

High RBC and MCV can be caused by numerous problems.

High levels of RBC and MCV in the blood indicate a variety of health problems. If your blood RBC level is between 4.5 mil/uL to 5.5 mil/uL and the MCV level is between 83 mil/uL to 101 fL, then your body does not have any underlying health problems. But if RBC and MCV levels exceed these levels, you should see a doctor immediately.
