High RBC and Packed cell volume can be caused by numerous problems.
High levels of RBC and Packed cell volume in the blood indicate a variety of health problems. If your blood RBC level is between 4.5 mil/uL to 5.5 mil/uL and the Packed cell volume level is between 41 mil/uL to 49.5 %, then your body does not have any underlying health problems.
