What does high RBC and TIBC mean in blood test?

High RBC and TIBC can be caused by numerous problems.

High levels of RBC and TIBC in the blood indicate a variety of health problems. If your blood RBC level is between 4.5 mil/uL to 5.5 mil/uL and the TIBC level is between 250 mil/uL to 450 mcg/dL, then your body does not have any underlying health problems. But if RBC and TIBC levels exceed these levels, you should see a doctor immediately.
