What causes high RBC and low ESR?

High RBC and low ESR can be caused by many reasons.

If your RBC is in between 4.5 mil/uL and 5.5 mil/uL and your ESR is in between 0 mm/hr and 14 mm/hr then you need not worry as these are the normal ranges for RBC and ESR respectively. But if your levels are lesser or greater than the above values, then there may be some problem in your body.
