High TIBC and low MCHC can be caused by many reasons.

If your TIBC is in between 250 mcg/dL and 450 mcg/dL and your MCHC is in between 31.5 g/dL and 34.5 g/dL then you need not worry as these are the normal ranges for TIBC and MCHC respectively.
