High VLDL and low MCHC can be caused by many reasons.

If your VLDL is in between 0 mg/dL and 30 mg/dL and your MCHC is in between 31.5 g/dL and 34.5 g/dL then you need not worry as these are the normal ranges for VLDL and MCHC respectively. But if your levels are lesser or greater than the above values, then there may be some problem in your body.
