What does high ESR and BUN mean in blood test?

High ESR and BUN can be caused by numerous problems.

High levels of ESR and BUN in the blood indicate a variety of health problems. If your blood ESR level is between 0 mm/hr to 14 mm/hr and the BUN level is between 6 mm/hr to 20 mg/dL, then your body does not have any underlying health problems. But if ESR and BUN levels exceed these levels, you should see a doctor immediately.
