High PCV and MPV can be caused by numerous problems.

High levels of PCV and MPV in the blood indicate a variety of health problems. If your blood PCV level is between 39 % to 51 % and the MPV level is between 6.8 % to 10.9 fL, then your body does not have any underlying health problems.
