What does high RBC and MPV mean in blood test?

High RBC and MPV can be caused by numerous problems.

High levels of RBC and MPV in the blood indicate a variety of health problems. If your blood RBC level is between 4.5 mil/uL to 5.5 mil/uL and the MPV level is between 6.8 mil/uL to 10.9 fL, then your body does not have any underlying health problems. But if RBC and MPV levels exceed these levels, you should see a doctor immediately.
