Graham Flores here, and I'd want to talk about my experience dealing with high levels of erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR). These increased levels made my already demanding job much more stressful. I'll share my experience today and how I handled my health difficulty.

I struggled with stress in my demanding career because I'm prone to anxiety. My mental health suffered as a result of the onerous obligations, strict deadlines, and long hours. I was used to dealing with anxiety, but learning that my 150 ESR levels were extremely high simply made me worry more.

My high ESR levels became one of my primary priorities. I was aware that I needed to find a strategy to deal with the stress and anxiety that made the inflammation worse. Although it was a difficult path, I was adamant that I would take back control of my health and find balance.

I first turned to a therapist who specialised in anxiety treatment and started seeing them. I discovered numerous methods for reducing stress and anxiety through treatment, including deep breathing exercises, mindfulness techniques, and cognitive-behavioral techniques. These resources gave me a sense of serenity and assisted me in overcoming daily difficulties brought on by my job and health issues.

I deliberately changed my lifestyle in addition to therapy to promote my general wellbeing. I made self-care a priority and set aside time for enjoyable and relaxing pursuits. Regular exercise became a crucial component of my regimen, aiding in stress reduction and promoting both physical and mental health. I also changed my diet to concentrate on a healthy, balanced diet that contained items that reduce inflammation, such as fruits, vegetables, and meals high in omega-3 fatty acids.

Maintaining inflammation and my ESR levels required close communication with my medical staff. To assist lessen inflammation in my body, they suggested particular dietary modifications and gave me anti-inflammatory prescription drugs. We were able to keep track of my development and make any required adjustments to my treatment plan thanks to routine check-ups and blood testing.

However, controlling high ESR levels required more than just dietary and lifestyle modifications. It also needs a change of perspective. I had to admit that some things were out of my hands and that dwelling on the unknown would make me more anxious. I concentrated on developing a grateful attitude, practising positive thinking, and seeking out joy and calm in my daily life.

They served as a reminder that I had individuals who cared about my wellbeing and that I wasn't the only one going through difficulties.

I noticed several improvements over time. I gradually saw a decrease in my anxiety levels as I put healthy coping strategies into place and prioritised taking care of myself. With the help of my therapist, medical staff, and loved ones, I was able to build my resilience and regain control over my health.

Even though I still struggle with high ESR and anxiety, I feel more prepared to deal with any difficulties that may arise. I've discovered ways to control my stress, put myself first, and balance my job obligations with my personal needs.
