My name is Mathew Richardson, and as I turned 45, I decided to put my health first by getting a full blood analysis. I made deep breathing and meditation a part of my everyday regimen to help me relax and deal with stress. I also made time for enjoyable pursuits like reading, gardening, and spending time with loved ones, as well as gave excellent sleep a high priority.

My tenacity and devotion eventually paid off. I religiously tracked my GGT levels during routine check-ups, and I was delighted to see a steady decline. At the age of 48, I can proudly declare that my GGT levels have returned to normal.
