My name is Bailee Davila, and having a high red blood cell (RBC) count caused me to personally struggle. My quest to get healthier and lower my RBC count, which was 5.53, started when I became aware of some unsettling signs.

Although my journey had its share of difficulties, it gave me a fresh understanding of self-care and its influence on our wellbeing. I'm devoted to keeping up my good practises, making time for checkups, and motivating others who might be dealing with comparable health issues.
